Windows API : Moving a toolbar horizontaly

Hi,

I am trying to enable gvim application's toolbar moving.

Why ? Because in Gvim you can add icon to the toolbar dynamically.
Problem : when too many icons are added they are not available.


So I wonder if I can do smooth horizontal move of the toolbar into Window GVim application ?
